1. How do I Return a product purchased on salonabichona.com?
SalonaBichona.com's Return Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on SalonaBichona.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the product.
You can request a return or replacement via email at email@example.com or over phone at our customer care number 0141-2771242. Alternatively, you can also submit a ticket in 'My Account' section of your registered account at www.salonabichona.com.
We will arrange for pickup of your package within 4 working days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners. In case we are unable to collect the returnable product from your address, then you will be requested to send the product at your own convenience to our below mentioned address. For such scenario, salonabichona.com shall provide you with an INR 100 voucher as reimbursement of the shipping charges and the inconvenience caused.

Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, we are unable to extend our Returns Policy for any items delivered outside India.

2. Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back? Will I get the money back?
If we arrange the pickup of your product, you don't need to pay anything.
3. How Do I Cancel my Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, just let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or over phone at our customer care number 0141-2771242 before the shipping of your product. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you. However, you can opt to return it to us after receiving it. We will refund the full amount to your account.
4. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.
