Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Return the item you have. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU customers can return items within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at customercare@salonabichonaindia.com
